Re: Question

You need to be much more specific, give examples.

What are you trying to do? A /ignore command for messages through locops and wallops?

Re: GE update

What I'll say about it to put you on track, it takes the times and length of about 150 updates to calculate the update periods. It's based of normal statistical distributions and a bit of linear regression if you want to make it more accurate. You need to track update time and lengths to calculate t...

Re: join #skillmasters for skiller chat

Hi srdanielt, Please read these guidelines about properly advertising your channel. http://forum.swiftirc.net/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=2077 Explain in greater detail why people would want to join your channel over one of the other Runescape based channels. Possibly list some benefits? You want to po...

Re: #Uptime - Win a FREE shell account for a year!

I don't think people should enter Free BNC's unless they are the owner/admin, sort of defeats the purpose if it isn't YOUR uptime lol

Re: K0de K0mpiler V0.1 ALPHA

Why did you have to be so obnoxious when you decided to post this? I'm answering this with a quote hah, because it's funny On the other hand, this is actually really cool as it is assembly-ish in msl. Every programmer should learn a bit of assembly, it's extremely beneficial to be able to understan...

Re: Nookie Bot

Isn't there already a pokemon bot though?

I love active competition between bots but is there a big enough community to support it and not just add another bot to fill channels?

Re: [Answered] yt problem

In accordance with the rules of the mIRC section moderators, please do not delete the actual request from these topics, the whole topic is now useless as no one can learn from what was asked or possibly provide more accurate suggestions.

Thank You :)

Re: Connection trouble.

By the look of it it is a identd issue.

Try disabling identd (/identd off) and connecting to a different server on a more obscure port other then 6667

Re: $getsource() in mIRC (greatly simplified sockets!)

First off, I'd just like to say, Chessnut pulled another great one out of his hat. There are definetly some msl based projects I want to use that for, however we won't be using it on Vectra. For our purposes, as great as it would be to remove the sockread events and cut down on the code, this would ...

Re: Optional ban reasons

There is a few problems with this, primarily the massive rewrite it would take to accomplish this. If we ever did make our own IRCd it is certainly something we could think about working in, however as it is now would require complete rewrites of everything that interprets bans which is a big compon...
