Ticketing System

Was told a week or two ago to use the ticketing system/email to resolve a nickname suspension i have had.

I emailed and also sent a ticket request, the ticket system did not give me any tracking information or status on the ticket and this was around 1 or 2 weeks ago.

Also since Monday i've been sending numerous tickets same thing no one is responding or the ticket system is broken.

would appreciate it if someone could get back to me i am trying my best to follow the rules by not bypassing but i am getting impatient.

I replied to 1 of your tickets, and marked the other as duplicate.

I'll pm you your ticket numbers
